In the western part of Istria, in the small village of Korlevići, 13 km away from Poreč, lies Villa Marija Prodan.
We’re involved in grapevine cultivation and wine production for decades. Since everything in our area is related to tourism, we decided to renovate our ancestors’ house surrounded by vineyards and olive groves with beautiful sea views.

FEATURES

Villa Marija Prodan consists of 2 apartments and 4 double rooms.
On the ground floor there is one apartment for 4 persons and consists of a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
On the first floor there is one apartment and 2 bedrooms. The apartment for 4 persons consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a balcony, a bathroom, a bedroom and another bedroom with a private bathroom. On the first floor there are 2 more bedrooms, each with a separate entrance, balcony, double bed and private bathroom.
On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with a private bathroom and balcony and one bedroom with a private bathroom without a balcony.
3 rooms have separate beds.
